After years of honing his craft across Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia, Chef Harsha brought his passion to Dubai — a city of dreamers, adventurers, and expatriates longing for the taste of home. He founded Sunbeamlanka Restaurant LLC with a singular vision: to serve the most authentic, freshly prepared Sri Lankan food in the UAE.
