1. About Us

Sunbeamlanka Restaurant LLC is a cloud kitchen operating in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and IMPZ, Dubai, UAE. We serve authentic Sri Lankan and International Fusion Cuisine and accept orders via WhatsApp (+971 56 558 5690) and our website contact form.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website contact form.
• All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is accepted in cash upon delivery.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices on the website are updated regularly.
• Orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp reply.

3. Delivery Policy

• Free delivery is available within JVC with no minimum order.
• A delivery surcharge of 10 AED applies to Sports City, Motor City, and Production City.
• Orders totalling AED 100 or above qualify for free delivery anywhere in our service area.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, demand, and preparation time.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

4. Pickup Discount

Customers who choose to pick up their orders directly from our kitchen receive a 20% discount on their total order. This discount must be requested at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Food Allergens

All our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, seafood, dairy, and other common allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please inform us before ordering.

6. Halal Compliance

All meat and food ingredients used are sourced from certified Halal suppliers. We maintain strict standards in our kitchen to ensure compliance with Halal dietary requirements.

7. Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 30 minutes of receiving it with photographic evidence.
• Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• We do not offer refunds for personal preference after the order has been prepared.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, menu designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sunbeamlanka Restaurant LLC. Reproduction or use without our written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sunbeamlanka Restaurant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.
